Not even a year after our last album release, Fame Comes Along At Night, Chachi is back with a brand new tune. The new single “Time & Space” is a nice little preview of what’s to come. Here’s some brand-new news: the entire Chachi discography is now available for streaming on Rdio! Check out our artist page at http://www.rdio.com/artist/chachi/ or find us via the Rdio app for iOS and Android. Friendly reminder: we also launched on Spotify earlier this year. So take your pick, and start streaming some indie-rock solid tunes. Chachi’s third album is now available for download at iTunes, Amazon MP3, Google Play, and Zune music stores. You can also stream it from Spotify, if you’re so inclined. This album was a collaboration between the remaining members of Chachi (Randy Garcia, Richard Morales, and Will Bilton) and their friends. Recording started on Halloween 2011 and ended just one week ago. A million thanks to Eric Stone, Kelvin Grant, and Tony. P.S. It’s been more than a year since Chachi unleashed Enjoy the View unto the planet. Now it’s time for something new! Join us May 21st at Dave’s on Broadway in Glendale to celebrate. Live music, drinks, and a new CD! Not bad for a Monday night, eh? Dave’s on Broadway Guess what? Chachi just finished recording their third album! Next up: mixing! After that… mastering. Then finally, they’ll send it off to the CD duplication plant and upload it to iTunes and such. Okay, some of you may have misunderstood my last post, declaring Chachi’s brand new album would be released “by the end of the year.” It seemed obvious to me, but that means “by the end of the year 2012.” I mean, come on. HAPPY NEW YEAR! Good news: Chachi began recording tracks for a brand new album to be released by the end of the year. Randy flew out to Anoka, MN to catch up with Richard (who’s trying to get into yet another college) and managed to lay the groundwork for five new songs. Here’s a sneak peek at two of them, performed live for the first time at Avant Garden espresso bar in Anoka.

Chachi took it easy this summer. Jennifer went back to Singapore. Richard’s working in Boston. Will and Randy are taking it easy in the meanwhile. But fear not; Chachi will be back with a new album by the end of the year. To tide you over, here are a couple videos from Jennifer’s farewell party in July. Enjoy!
